Rooted in the Past,
Building for the Future

In May of 2002, the Session of First Presbyterian Church formed a Long-Range Planning Committee to develop a vision for our future. The 2010 Vision Committee assessed church strengths, desires, future needs and priorites in three primary areas: programming, staffing, and building. They also developed a vision statement to celebrate our past and look to the future.

From the work of the 2010 Vision Committee emerged a Building Committee. The Committee met regularly over the course of a couple of years. With the engineering help of Cross Winton Associates and financial support from the First Presbyterian Church Foundation, we developed the plans linked below. At this point, we are sharing our vision for the future and requesting feedback from the church membership.

All of the documents linked below require the free Adobe Reader (Version 6 or above), which can be downloaded here.
