Education and Fellowship

Christian Education
Christian Education is an important focus of our church. The Christian Education Committee of the Session and its sub-committees are responsible for developing and staffing programs to enhance the spiritual growth and biblical knowledge of our membership. The committee’s moderator and vice-moderator are current elders, and they report on the work of the committee to the Session. As new programs may be added and existing programs may be modified, please check our newsletter, The Tower, for the most up to date Christian Education programming information.

The Staff member responsible for Christian Education is our Director of Christian Education, Gale Kannwischer (gkannwischer@firstpreswaco.org). Please feel free to contact her with any questions, concerns, or suggestions about programming.

Fellowship
We sponsor many opportunities for fun and fellowship each year, from our Annual All Church Retreat at Mo-Ranch to Ice Cream Socials to Dinners for Eight. Please check our newsletter, The Tower, for the most up to date programming information.
