Together with our pastors, Ruling Elders and Deacons provide leadership, governance, and care for the spiritual well-being of the congregation. Ruling Elders serve in eight ministry areas—Administration, Finance, Worship, Personnel, Christian Formation, Congregational Life, Outreach, and Facilities—while Deacons are called to ministries of compassion, offering care and support to those in need within the church and community.
